Cassidy and David chose to get married in the Brigham City Temple because it's a smaller temple, and on a Thursday, they were the only couple getting married that day. It was amazing to have the whole temple grounds to ourselves! Their wedding day was windy, sunny, warm and absolutely perfect. It was my first time shooting at this temple and I had a blast getting to walk around it and take in its beauty.
The couple chose to hold their reception in a family member's backyard in Syracuse. It was the backyard reception of my dreams. Beautiful landscaping, great decor, and a perfect Utah summer night. They had a fun latin dance party going on, tons of friends and family, and amazing food and dessert from my new favorite catering company (@ameliasevents). Seriously. So. Good.
Cassidy and David met at the LDS hospital where they were both working at the time. She said "It was my first day and I ran into him. From then on out he kept finding excuses to come over and talk to me [and] after a month of his flirting he asked me out." The love to study together, hike, go on walks, travel, and watch Netflix together.
