This cute couple visited Park City for the first time this last winter. He reached out to me ahead of time to ask if I would photograph his proposal to his long-time girlfriend in early December. They currently live in Michigan, but have always wanted to come visit Park City, Utah to Ski and enjoy the atmosphere. We chatted about different proposal spot options and ultimately landed on the McPolin Barn as it was close to their Airbnb and easy to access.
The day of the proposal I arrived at the McPolin barn early and watched a winter storm roll in over the mountains - I was hoping we'd get some magical snow falling for the photos - and we did! It wasn't a ton, but it was enough to make the photos magical. I hid behind a tree, pretending to take photos of the stream until Matt walked to the designated spot we discussed to propose.
Long story short, it was magical, the ring was gorgeous, and they agreed that Park City seems to be straight out of a Hallmark movie. If you're proposing in Park City - reach out to me! I have some gorgeous spots for an epic, mountainous proposal!
