Utah Wedding Photographer: SLC Catholic Wedding p.1

Bailey and Matt found me through a nighttime engagement shoot in Downtown SLC I had posted on Pinterest a couple of years ago. They really loved the romance and magic that the city lights have after sundown - and so do I! They also planned to have a micro-wedding with only close family members in attendance as both are from the midwest. Everything was short, sweet and allowed the family to have a lot of time with the bride and groom.

The wedding day started off in downtown Salt Lake City at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a traditional catholic marriage ceremony. Before entering the church, Bailey and her dad had the sweetest first-look moment before he and her mom walked her down the aisle.

Their ceremony was full of love, tradition, and God followed by a rose petal exit! We then went down the street to Liberty park to grab family photos and to meet up with Bailey and Matt's fur baby to grab some photos with her.

The second half of the day was filled with tacos at my favorite taco place - Taqueria27 and, of course, the most epic nighttime bridal shoot. We had so much fun running around downtown, dancing on top of garages, and hearing everyone congratulate the couple as we walked around Exchange Place.
